Moutonshoek, breeders of such high-class racehorses as Undercover Agent, Wheredowego and Noble Secret, will be offering four classy yearlings at the upcoming Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale.

The farms exciting resident sire The United States, a G1 winning son of the worlds premier sire Galileo, has a really smart filly (Lot 261) on offer. Out of the Hawk Wing mare Love Unlimited, and a half-sister to three winners, this filly is a direct descendant of outstanding racemare and producer Fanfreluche, and thus hails from the same family as champion sires Encosta De Lago, Flying Spur and Holy Roman Emperor, as well as Maine Chance Farms’ dual G1 winning young sire Erupt.

South Africas reigning champion sire Silvano, whose yearlings have made up to R9 000 000, continues to fire on all cylinders, and the triple G1 winning son of Lomitas is represented by a colt (Lot 326) out of a stakes winning daughter of champion, and top-class broodmare sire, Horse Chestnut.

Secretariat Stakes winner Admiral Kitten, the only son of outstanding stallion Kittens Joy at stud in South Africa, has two lots in this draft. His filly (Lot 434) out of Jamaica Handicap winner Tassie Belle is not only closely inbred to legendary sire Sadlers Wells, but she hails from the same female line as brilliant sprinter Lord Randolph among others.

Admiral Kitten is also the sire of a filly (Lot 468) whose dual winning dam is a half-sister to not only G3 winning millionaire Bulsara but also to the stakes placed dam of champion, and G1 Vodacom Durban July winner, Marinaresco. This nicely bred fillys dam is also a three-parts sister to durable G3 Protea Stakes winner, and millionaire, Isphan (by Tiger Ridge).
